My dear,

You check your email every morning in less than 5 minutes. And then three hours later you do it again. And yet again, three hours after that you do it again.

And you’re proud of this. Afterall, look how fast you do it.

I say…

There is nothing so wasteful as doing with great efficiency that which doesn’t have to be done at all.

Why do these things at all when you know that you don’t need to do them? When you know that they don’t have to be done?

Is it a bad habit? For if it is, I say train yourself to loose it.

For I’d rather see you do with great efficiency that which MUST be done most of all.

Falsely yours,
A. Nonymous
