Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.

I don’t where people get this notion that growing up requires of us always doing things that make us unhappy (making compromises, doing drudge work, taxes, taxes, taxes). The secret to it all is that in order for you to live a life you deem successful you have to start now. You have to start doing things that make you happy, and stop doing those that don’t, now.

You don’t have to give your dues to some invisible force before you’re given permission to be happy. You just have to be. Take happiness, don’t wait for it to come to you. Only success comes to you, and only when you do work that makes you truly happy.
