My dear,

Happiness is beneficial for the body, but it is grief that develops the powers of the mind.

When one is happy their body is strong. They find time to; consider health, to jog about early mornings having arose from their bed with a smile, and to eat food that shows their body justice and respect.

But it’s only grief, pain, and sadness that demands of us to call upon the strength of our mind… Having found no safe refuge in the body.

Falsely yours,
