Grab the now.
Life is now. There was never a time when your life was not now, nor will there ever be.
Imagined life has no boundaries. It resides in the past, the present, and the future (and sometimes in all at once).
But real life. The life you live, the life worth living, the life worth enjoying – that’s always happening now. There’s no moment in which life happens outside the now. This is a law, of nature. And since we can’t play at being demi-gods and bend the laws of nature we might as well abide by them and use them to our advantage.
While others seek life through nostalgia for the future and for the past – we, having been shown a wiser path, seek life in the present moment.
We, who truly live, seize the moment (carpe diem), seize everything (carpe omnia), and in the end seize life (carpe vitam).
