Happy is he who is mortgage free. Happy is he who is debt free. Happy is he who is without IOUs. Happy is he who can leave his job anytime he chooses. Happy is he who is without a heavy mind. Happy is he who is without a heavy heart. Happy is he who has nothing to prove. Happy is he who has nothing to hide.
