My dear,
Experience is something you don’t get until just after you need it.
First time around (when you really need it), it’s not going to be there. It’s going to come just after you fail horribly.
There’s no other way to get experience to come to you. You must fail, and fail as horribly as possible. The harder and more constantly you fail, the faster experience runs towards you.
The equation to it all is simple, but God does it take balls to put it in action.
