Do not over-concern yourself with that you have missed.
For everything you have missed, you have gained something else, and for everything you gain, you lose something else.
For one gains something in every moment they experience. And thus one loses something in that moment too. It is but a trade-off.
Just make sure that what you gain is worth more to you that what you lose.
