Don’t try to be different. Just be good. To be good is different enough.
Here’s the thing no one tells you, most people aren’t trying to do good work. No, most people are doing the minimum to pass by, the minimum needed to not get blamed, the minimum needed to get a paycheck, and the bare minimum needed to cover their asses.
So, you ask me how you can be different, how you can stand out from the rest – I tell you, do good, and be good.
But I warn you, good work is extremely hard work, and every thing else is far far easier to do – it’s why most don’t pursue it in the first place.
