Do What You Feel In Your Heart To Be Right For Youll Be Criticized Anyway.

My dear,

Go left and seven people will tell you to go right, nine to go straight, and a whole mob will tell you to turn around and go back. Go right and those same seven people will tell you to go left, those same nine will tell you to go back, and the mob will stand there – everyone in it individually pointing at a random direction you should head towards.

So, who should you ask what direction to head in? Yourself.

Do what you feel in your heart to be right – for you’ll be criticized anyway.

You’ll be damned if you do, and damned if you don’t.

Might as well do, and let others regret their don’ts.

Falsely yours,
Anna Eleanor Roosevelt
