All jobs are hard, all of them. If someone tells you that something’s easy and that they can do it in no time – don’t believe them. If someone comes in cheerful and enthusiastic to do everything that the job requires – don’t spend a moment of your time on them. But if you notice someone waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and then here them say “Crap, guess I have to do it,” under their breath – hire them, on the spot.
Trust me.
The best person for a job is generally the one that understands it enough to not want it.
